Congratulations to both Derek and Sharon at Clumber today. In their preparation for the World Duathlon Championships in Spain and the European Championships in Horst next month, they were dusting off their bikes, to see how the winter training has gone. It seems very well!! Sharon winning her age group and Derek coming 3rd! All looking good for Holland and Spain.
