What do you enjoy most about your training?
I enjoy the challenge, and find it is an excellent way to cope with a fairly stressful job.
What do you find the hardest about your training?
Fitting it in around work commitments.
Your highlights and greatest achievement so far?
Completing my first Half Ironman Triathlon, then going on to finish two others later in the season, finishing 3rd in my age group in the final race.

There is absolutely no doubt that without Fran’s support and expertise, I would have been able to complete the races I have done this year. The programmes that she provides are very personalised and detailed, they challenge you, and as long as you are prepared to put the effort in, then the results will follow. Fran has a wealth of coaching knowledge in the multi sport world, and has personal experience at an elite level to be able to reflect upon and utilise. Each session has a purpose, so there is no wasted time and effort. Having the programme each week prepared for me, takes away the pressure of having to decide what I need to do. Fran also gives me the confidence to take on challenges I never thought I’d be able to do!
