How long you have been racing in Triathlon – Multi-sport – Running?
Been running all my life, but my first triathlon was in 2004.
What do you enjoy most about your training?
The focus on achieving a training goal and stress release.
What do you find the hardest about your training?
Finding time and balance.
Your highlights and greatest achievement so far?
Completing my first olympic and achieving top 10 in my age group.
To attain a top 10 ranking again in my age group.
