As the season gets closer, its time to get a bit more race specific with your training. Therefore we are running a swim camp on the 29th March with video analysis, to specifically tweak your swimming technique, and help build a good training plan so you are race ready once the season gets away!
For those you are relatively new to the sport or are delving into racing for the first time this year, we are running a Novice day on the 10th May. This session is designed towards preparing you for the event, with regards to kit, equipment, and race preparation, as well as analysing your run, bike and swim techniques, and offer advice on how to develop your technique, speed and endurance in all three disciplines. We will look at your bike handling skills, and spend time on transition, and how to be quick and efficient in this 4th discipline! There will also be a question and answer session to finish.
