March 29th Swim Video Analysis
The Final chance before the summer to get your stroke videoed under the water as well as above, and get a 90 min coached session in the pool. The session will include stroke analysis from pool side, video footage of your stroke, and a coached session focusing on drills that will help develop your stroke. This will be followed immediately with analysis of your stroke whilst going through the video footage, and advice / plans tailored to your specific swim requirements. Perfect to tweak your stroke before the season well and truly kicks off!
