Situated on the hills below the legendary Alpe D’Huez our house allows fantastic access to some of the best cycling in the world as well as convenient access to the Alpe D’Huez ski area via Oz en Oisans or Villard Reculas. The house is situated in the hamlet of Le Boulangeard, Oz-en-Oisans overlooking Lac Verney, the site of the start of the Alpe D’Huez Triathlon.

House details: Sleeps 6-8 including 2 separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 – Double, Bedroom 2 – 2 x bunk beds and/or double sofa bed. L-shaped kitchen/diner/living space with additional sofa bed. Separate shower room and wc. Bike/ski storage. 2 designated parking spaces + free public parking within 50m.
Access to cycling – Road or MTB: Le Boulangeard is situated in arguably the World’s greatest road cycling region. Rides you can access directly from the property include the legendary Alpe D’Huez climb, Col du Glandon, Col de la Croix de Fer, Col D’Ornon, La Marmotte (incorporating Cola de la Croix de Fer/Col du Telegraph/Col du Galibier/Col du Lauteret/Alpe D’Huez), Col de la Grande Serre.

View from the Pas de la Confession (back road to Alpe D’Huez)
Access to skiing area: Oz Station (part of the Alpe D’Huez grand domaine) is a 10 min drive away with free day parking next to the entrance to the Poutran bubble (direct access to AlpeD’Huez). Alternatively there is a free shuttle bus running from Allemont(1km) or Le Roberand (1km) however, you will need a vehicle to access the skiing. Lift passes of 3 days+ also include free swimming and ice skating in Vaujany (8km).
