March 23rd Sika Duathlon: Adults and Junior races
Only 2 weeks to go until Sika Duathlon. This event takes place at Sika Woods in Wareham. It is all off road, and is an ideal race to blow away the cobwebs, and see how all the winter training has gone! The adult race is a 4 mile run 12 mile looped mountain bike ride, and 2 mile run to finish, and takes place after the Juniors have shown us how its done!
