If you are looking to run more efficiently, avoid impact injuries, and build your running endurance and speed, come and have your gait analysed, and learn how to run efficiently, through drill work, strength and conditioning, and smart run training. We will video your run technique at the start of the session, and then spend time looking at your stride length, posture, efficiency, then go through drills to improve these. Your run technique will then be videoed at the end of the session, so you can see the changes in your technique.
