Pontevedra World Championships results
As we have discussed, Sharon came home with a gold. Also racing in the 45-49 age group was Louella, who as trained with Goalspecific on and off all year. This was her first ever championships and I believe only her second ever duathlon! So a great 9th position achieved, well done! This was not long after Mallorca 70.3 where she posted a massive swim pb, so all is going very well this year! Keep it up girls
